IEDP's advanced managerial training sessions for middle, senior and top managers are dispensed in six different Tracks (or Series), each Track being designed to address a specific group of attendees. Enrollment is classified as General Open Enrollment, Thematic Open Enrollment and Corporate Enrollment.
Up-Date Series

Attendees: 

▪ Experienced middle and senior managers without MBA or EMBA. 
▪ MBA and EMBA degree holders who graduated several years ago.

Description:
▪ Latest updates, innovations, and new inputs in specific managerial issues.

Chinese Managers Abroad Series

Attendees:
▪ Chinese managers about to be expatriated by their corporation 
▪ Chinese managers wishing to be  expatriated by their corporation 
▪ Chinese managers expatriating their employees

Description:
▪ Modules providing the background and specific knowledge, know-how, and tools in all managerial aspects for a Chinese manager to successfully lead an international business team in China or abroad.

R to B Platforms

Attendees:
▪ CEOs and R&D managers 
Heads of research laboratories and researchers

Enrollment:
▪ Open enrollment by industrial sector and matching research field(s) (*).

Description:
▪ Research to Business (RtoB) meeting platform that brings together the business world and the research world. Providing tools for bridging the gap between fundamental and applied research, and shortening the time lag between new discoveries and their business applications.

Modules offered in Track:
▪ A total of 10 modules (see matrix). Special joint working sessions between businessmen and scientists with a facilitator or coach are also included.

3-XXI Series

Attendees:
▪ CEOs and senior management per industrial sector

Enrollment:
▪ Open Enrollment by industrial sector. However, the number of total participants per group is limited to 10-15.

Description:
▪ Allows decision-makers from three continents in a specific industry to take 4-5 days of common training sessions. Each such session takes place in another country and is devoted to common lectures, workshops, and visits to companies of the hosting participants. Enables participants to network with peers from the same industry in these countries, to benchmark best practices in the 21st century, and to update their knowledge.

Modules offered in Track:
▪ The content of the lectures, focusing on up-to-date research outcomes and best industrial practices, will be designed according to issues/themes identified and defined collectively by the three participant Business Schools, in consultation with the respective local leaders of the industry.

Corporate Custom-made Programs

V.1. Global MicroMBA Series (*):

Attendees:
▪ Senior executives
▪ Decision makers and board members
▪ Vice presidents of operational departments
▪ All managers at strategic levels

Description:
▪ The objectives of the Global Micro MBA are to Expose participants to state-of-the-art international managerial research and practices by the best management experts overseas and in China. Increase awareness of foreign business practices. Provide models and tools for developing efficient international strategies. Create a culture focusing on results rather than on means. Boost international customers, partners, investors, and employee orientation Modules offered in track: A curriculum of up to 20 modules chosen jointly by the corporate management and IEDP, customized for a corporation's special needs. (See a suggested basic curriculum in the matrix).

Description:
▪ To be defined commonly between the IEDP professional staff and your organization Modules offered in track: The number of individual modules chosen from the catalogue can vary from one to 12. Alternatively, a full existing track (such as RtoB Platform or Chinese Managers Abroad) can also be chosen by the corporation and customized to the organization’s specific needs. A corporation might request IEDP to organize a 3-XXI Project involving its own management and that of its clients and suppliers with 1-2 groups from the same industrial sector in 1-2 other countries.

This formula is particularly suited for corporations that do not have their own company training institution but can also be integrated in company training institutions.
